Jessica graduated with honours from the Ontario College of Health and Technology in 2020. With a passion for learning, she enjoys exploring different ways of thinking about the body and approaching treatment. She has additional training in lymphatic drainage and is currently completing courses in microcurrent point stimulation (MPS) therapy and scar release. Jessica’s practice is informed by science, skepticism, intuition, and exploration. Jessica’s passion for bodywork began with her own deeply transformative experiences with massage, yoga and meditation. By bringing presence to her body in a safe and supportive environment, she was able to connect with parts of herself, both physically and otherwise, that had often felt disconnected. By providing a therapeutic context of attunement in her massage practice, Jessica hopes to offer a space where people can feel deeply nourished.
