How does it differ from Yoga?
While yoga is an ancient tradition that has been around for thousands of years, Yoga Therapy is a relatively young profession. Although they may use similar techniques and practices (movement, meditation, breath, etc), Yoga Therapy involves a one-on-one detailed discussion about your concerns and goals.
